1. What types of products do you sell?
We offer a collection of women’s clothing including festive outfits, co-ord sets, kurti sets, dresses, and more. Our selection focuses on fashion, comfort, and style.
2. Are the colors of the products exactly the same as shown in pictures?
We try our best to show product colors accurately. However, due to lighting during photography and individual screen settings, slight color variations may occur. These variations are not considered defects.
3. What sizes are available?
Most of our products come in standard Indian sizes. A detailed size chart is provided for each product. We recommend checking measurements before placing your order.
4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Availability of COD depends on your location and courier partner support. If COD is available for your area, it will be visible during checkout.
5. How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines vary based on your location. Most orders are delivered within 5–10 working days. Delays may occur due to logistics or external factors.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can track your order in real-time using that link.
7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with an unboxing video for verification. We will process at no extra cost.
